I have reached the end of the twisted series with the last one "Twisted Lies" by Ana Huang. It's got a fake dating cliche followed by Stella Alonso and Christian Harper with a lot of twists that had me hooked from the beginning. The main characters are so lovable that it’s hard not to smile while reading about them. Twisted Lies is a long, slow-burn, spicy, and little dark romance. I would have loved it more if the book was short. Stella is a social media influencer and a blogger and she works for a fashion magazine as her day job. Stella was a mystery in all the previous books. So it was very interesting to get to know her now. Christian is the billionaire CEO of Harper Security and cyber security expert. We first met Christian in twisted games as he was Rhys's boss and then in twisted hate , he let Stella and Jules move into his fancy apartment with the lower rent and he helps Jules with an issue she was facing with. This book made me say I loved Chri...
Twisted Hate by Ana Huang, is the third book in the twisted series, is an enemies to lovers novel between Ana's best friend "Jules" and Ana's brother "Josh." Both the characters had their individual back storylines. I had so many hopes for this book. But initially, the characters and the storyline was a huge turn off. From scene where we get a glimpse of Jules past, the story took an interesting turn and the ending was very good I enjoyed the whole scene of Jules and Josh with Ava and Alex. No matter how many things I didn’t like in this book but it has been a very enjoyable read. Jules surprised me as a character. I loved how the author didn’t write her as this weak female, but as a strong personality who didn’t let her past mistakes dictate her future. Her past was definitely an interesting twist I didn’t see coming but also loved Josh for being in love with Jules helped him get over his suppressed feelings, resolve issues with Alex and get c...
"It Ends With Us" by Colleen Hoover is filled with so many emotions and I could not stop reading it. Everything about it is so perfect. So raw, powerful and it contains trigger warning for domestic abuse which will throw your emotions on exploring love, loss and abuse. Initially, I didn't expect too much from this book but halfway through it I was surprised by the darkness and how Lily goes through trauma and abuse with deep passion of love with Atlas. Lily Bloom's life wasn't that easy but that never stopped her from doing what she wanted in life. She had an abusive family with problems but then she met Atlas in her neighbourhood and he was homeless. Lily helped Atlas by giving him food and clothes. Gradually, they both became close. As days passed by they fell in love with eachother. But one day, Atlas decides to move to Boston where his uncle lives. It was a difficult situation for both of them to be apart. Years passed by but she didn't hear f...
